Remote Reception and Online Appointment Booking

TT Botnia’s remote reception and online appointment booking service offers a convenient and secure way to connect with your occupational health nurse for any occupational health-related matter.

You can use your bank credentials or mobile certificate to log in to the service.

This service is available to clients whose employers have entered into a remote service agreement with us. TT Botnia’s remote reception allows you to access nurse chat, non-urgent chat, remote reception, and online appointment booking.

We recommend using Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox as your browser. Internet Explorer is not recommended.

Personally booked and uncancelled appointments will be billed directly to the employee. Employer-mediated uncancelled appointments will be billed to the employer.

Worksite and group activities must be cancelled at least one week before the scheduled date.
