If the client, upon seeing the log data, feels that their client information has been used or disclosed without sufficient justification, they may submit a request for an investigation into the reasons for its use. In matters concerning patient information, the request should be directed to the chief physician or to the leading occupational health physician. The information the data subject has received may not be used or further disclosed for any other purpose. EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, Article 12.
