OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SHORT-TERM THERAPY
Short-term therapy in occupational health care is an effective form of treatment that can increase mental well-being and functional capacity, reduce mood symptoms, support the return to work and prevent sickness absences. The duration of occupational health short-term therapy is typically 10 appointments, and it is referred through the occupational health physician. Short-term therapy is provided by occupational psychologists and occupational health nurses who have received additional training.
