How does the chat reception work?
The chat reception allows you to reach a doctor’s office within minutes. You do not need to contact an occupational health nurse before accessing the chat.
To use the chat service, log in with your online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
Chat reception is open on weekdays 8–20 and weekends 10–16.
The service is available if your occupational health contract includes medical services.
