TT Botnia’s remote appointments and electronic booking are an easy and secure way of communicating with your occupational health nurse on occupational health issues.
The first time, you will log in the service with your bank ID or mobile certificate. In the future, you can log in to the service with your bank ID or use your personal identity number and password.
The services can be used by patients whose employer has concluded a remote service contract with us.
At TT Botnia’s remote appointments, you have the option of chatting with a nurse, emergency chat service, video reception and making an on-site appointment.
We recommend using Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox as a browser. Using Internet Explorer is not recommended.
Cancellation of bookings
Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the booked appointment time. In the case of uncancelled appointment or late cancellation, a fee will be charged according to the price list.
Uncancelled appointment times booked in person will be invoiced directly to the employee, and uncancelled appointment times booked through the employer will be invoiced to the employer.
Workplace and group activities must be cancelled at the latest one week before the booked date.
