Cancelling an appointment

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late or missed cancellations will incur a fee according to the price list.

Uncancelled appointments booked personally will be billed directly to the employee. For appointments booked by the employer, the fee will be billed to the employer.

Workplace and group activities must be cancelled at least one week before the scheduled date.
