From 7.9.2023 onwards we will introduce the Chat doctor service at sick appointments. In the service, customers can see a doctor remotely within minutes on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and on weekends between 10 am and 4 pm.  We want to serve you even more agilely and customer-oriented with the new service channel. With the chat service, people save time and effort spent on treating their problems! The service is available depending on the agreement. 


What can be treated remotely? 

Remote appointments are used to treat symptoms that do not require a physical examination. Reasons for visiting may include: Allergy symptoms • Asthma • Flu symptoms • Skin symptoms • Recipes • Eye symptoms • Stomach symptoms • Urinary tract infection • Other matters 


How does remote appointments work? 

You can log in to the remote appointment via the chat on the website. After strong identification, the customer can go directly to a doctor’s remote appointment. If necessary, pictures and files can be sent in the chat. On average, it takes 10-20 minutes to complete the service from start to finish. Electronic prescriptions from remote appointments are available immediately.
